CP Holiday Train
Sunday, December 17th
Queen & North Railway Street, East of CP Station
Arrival: 4:45 PM
Event Starts: 5:00 PM - 5:30 PM
The Canadian Pacific (CP) Holiday Train is set to close out Canada 150 with its biggest ever lineup of Canadian talent to date! Get ready to ring in the holidays with your community as it makes its 19th annual tour in an effort to raise money, food and awareness for local food banks.
Since its first tour in 1999, the train has raised more than C$13 million and four million pounds of food for communities along CP’s routes in Canada and the U.S. Every pound and dollar raised at each stop stays with the local food bank to help feed those in need in that community.
**** TICKETS ****
All events are free. We just ask event attendees to bring a heart-healthy donation or monetary donation for their local food bank.
****WHAT TO DONATE****
The holidays are about giving, and we encourage people attending events to bring heart healthy donations. Heart health education and awareness is a tenet of CP's community investment program, CP Has Heart, which focuses on improving the heart health of men, women and children in communities across North America.
The train will arrive at the scheduled event time and depart immediately after the show. Please give yourself extra time getting to the event to compensate for crowds and traffic. Also make sure to keep a safe distance of 15 feet away from the train so we can safely continue our journey. If you spot unsafe behaviour, alert a police officer.
