Trial Date Set For Slo Pitch Fraud
City police began their investigation in March 2011 and allege $41,400 had been taken from the Gas City Co-Ed Slo Pitch Association bank account.
A trial date has been set for a local man charge in relation to missing money from the Gas City Co-Ed Slo Pitch Association bank account. Joseph Leonard has pleaded not guilty to one count of fraud over $5,000. City police began their investigation in March 2011 and allege $41,400 had been taken from the associations account. Leonard is scheduled to present his case in provincial court on July 10th, 2012.
