Up To 80 Supportive Living Spaces Being Developed

Half will be designed for dementia patients
The provincial government has announced that they're helping develop up to 80 new affordable living spaces here in Medicine Hat.
The announcement was made on Tuesday.
A press release states that the call for project applications will see half of those paces designed for dementia accomodations and services.
Almost nineteen million dollars will be provided, from the 2011-12 affordable living initiative.
Grant applications will be accepted until March 7th.
An additional 40 spaces will be developed in Smoky Lake.
