Edgars Kulda led the offence for the Oil Kings with a goal and two assists. Kyle Becker got the only goal for the Tigers, which came unassisted in the third period. Meantime, Cam Lanigan made 29 saves between the pipes in the losing cause. Game two will go once again happen in Edmonton, with puck drop set for 4 p.m on Sunday.
