Another adjournment has been granted for two women charged in the alleged abduction of a Redcliff girl. Lola DeJong, 26, is expected to attend psychiatric assessments in Calgary and find a new lawyer prior to her next court date. She is charged with break and enter and abduction in contravention of a custody order. Both charges stem from an incident June 20th, when Redcliff RCMP reported the alleged abduction of a two year old girl from her home in Redcliff early that morning. The toddler ended up at the Jasper RCMP office the following day. DeJong and her co-accused, Johan DeJong, will be back in court September 30th.
