A third and final guilty plea following a wild chase on Highway 41 last month. Quincy Shadden will spend 75 more days behind bars after pleading guilty to several counts, including possession of stolen property. Shadden’s lawyer told the court Tuesday morning the 28 year old was hitchhiking in Saskatchewan August 17th, when he was picked up by Darcy Anderson and Jamie Hubbard in stolen truck. The trio stopped in Empress, where a convenience store was broken into with cash and food taken. They then crossed over into Alberta where RCMP were summoned to a chase which ended with the use of a spike belt on Highway 41. All three accused have pleaded guilty in the last week.
