Medicine Hat Police have laid charges of First Degree Murder against Robert Hoefman

The Medicine Hat Police Service (MHPS) have charged 55-year-old Robert Hoefman, of Medicine Hat, AB with first-degree murder in the death of 64-year-old James Satre, which was reported on October 11, 2017. The charge of first-degree murder requires the elements of a planned and a deliberate act that caused the death of the victim and is based upon physical evidence located at the scene in addition to evidence obtained in several search warrants executed by the MHPS Major Crimes Section.
