James Hargrave was killed in the line of duty Tuesday (Oct. 17) while fighting wildfires near Hilda, AB

Expressions of sympathy continue to pour in following the line-of-duty death of a Cypress County firefighter this week.  34 year old James Hargrave, with the Walsh Fire Station, was killed when a water truck he was driving collided with another truck while fighting the wildfire near Hilda on Tuesday.  A GoFundMe page was set to assist Hargrave's wife Liz and children with unexpected expenses organizers say are bound to arise over the coming days and weeks.  As of 11:00 am Thursday (Oct. 19), more than $22,000 has been raised out of the $50,000 goal.  Anyone wishing to make a donation can follow this link.  ~~  Warren Affleck
