Robert Dumanowski Elected To 6th Term

Dumanowski earned the most number of votes among councillor candidates, much like he did in 2013.

Robert Dumanowski will serve a 6th term on Medicine Hat city council.  Dumanowski would pick up 8356 votes in the win, topping the list of councillor candidates as he did in 2013.  Dumanowski says he's very humbled to receive a large mandate from voters and is looking forward to the next 4 years.  Dumanowski says, "I'm excited to get to work.  Work with our Mayor again ans some of the new council members and some of the old ones.  We're going to do some great things."  Joining Dumanoski will be joined by fellow incumbents, Jamie McIntosh, Brian Varga, Jim Turner and Julie Friesen.  Kris Samraj, Phil Turnbull and Darren Hirsch were also given the nod as councillors for the next 4 years.  ~~  Warren Affleck
