City police have arrested several people after complaints of a fraudulent credit card being used. Officers say a vehicle associated with the fraudsters fled from police on two seperate occasions yesterday. The vehicle was later located, and the Major Crimes unit seized several thousands of dollars worth of merchandise, allegedly obtained fraudulently across Southern Alberta. A 25-year-old Calgary woman is now facing numerous charges, including possession of a credit card making instrument. Police say they also located two other suspects exiting a hotel room. A 24-year-old woman and a 35-year-old man, both from Calgary, have been charged with possession of stolen propery. Brent Secondiak, Major Crimes Unit Staff Sergeant, says the identities of the trio are still in question. "We're working to positively identify who they are," said Secondiak. "The accused appear to have numerous outstanding warrants for similar types of offenses." A bail hearing for all three suspects is scheduled for Wednesday afternoon.
