The case against Evan King and Kathryn Kieser will now proceed in late April in Medicine Hat Court.

Trial dates for 2 of three pharmacists charged with fraud have been rescheduled.  Kathryn Kieser and Evan King were originally set to go to trial early in the new year, however it was learned one witness would be out of the country at that time.  The Case of King and Keiser has now been set for trial April 23 through 27.  Trial dates for the third pharmacist, Robert Stadnyck, had been previously entered on the record for the end of March.  All three accused have pleaded not guilty to defrauding South Country Co-op of a total of $1.6 millon.  ~~  Warren Affleck
