Another speeder in Medicine Hat will have to go before a judge to explain himself.

Medicine Hat Police say an 18 year old man was caught on photo radar during the noon hour on Monday.

According to police, the speeder was clocked at 104 km/h in a 50 zone on Gershaw Drive SW near the Trans Canada overpass.

The driver was later located by traffic officers and given a summons to appear in court.

A male youth was caught earlier this month in the same location, doing 105 km/h in the same 50 zone.
